Product Description:

3M™ 5453 PTFE glass cloth tape is lined with a brown glass cloth impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), coated with pressure sensitive silicone adhesive.

Product Features:

Premium glass cloth reinforced backing tape provides greater tensile strength and better tear and perforation resistance than classic PTFE film substrate tape

Silicone adhesive has good high temperature performance and is not easy to age

Provides non-stick and low friction surfaces on heat sealing and packaging equipment

Thicker backing helps extend service life during wear

High temperature resistance 500℉/260℃

It has very low hygroscopicity and can be used in many humid environments
